Rush Vision Statement

Our aim is to partner with like-minded clubs around the world and create a player base which is unmatched in both quality and quantity. Elite players developed within this base will eventually feed into a Rush professional team representing one of the most recognized brands in the world.

Each partner must desire to become number one in their respective areas/states/countries. As we continue to establish Rush Branch Chapters throughout the world, we will eventually create an enormous pyramid type structure with a professional team at the pinnacle and several second tier feeder professional teams below. The international organization benefits expected through the affiliation of multiple clubs represents a significant step in creating a club association that will be one of a kind. The expansion plan will result in a projected membership base of 100,000 and a projected $100 million budget.

The potential for opportunities with Rush is enormous: a minor league system with a professional team, a national coach and player development network, a sharing of intellectual property rights, and a monumental membership base. In addition, we can achieve economies of scale in multiple ways such as purchasing bulk uniforms and spreading advertising and coaching education over a greater range of markets. We can also exploit it by presenting business opportunities for substantial marketing impressions through corporate sponsorship agreements. To achieve all of our goals, it is paramount we attract exceptional individuals with the same vision.

RUSH SELECT

The Rush Select program is an international program in which Rush Soccer forms "all star teams" that are comprised of the top Rush players from all across the world. The program starts from age U13 and is available through a players career with Rush Soccer ending at U19. These teams attend various events, both in the US and internationally on a yearly basis. The players get to see new ideas, play with top talent, learn from new coaches and develop as a player in a way most across the country can not. The programs aim is to give the top players within Rush unique learning experiences that help them evolve as both a player and a person.

RUSH FEST

Rush Fest is a week long soccer festival unlike anything you've ever seen before.

Bring your best Rush blue spirit, your loudest team chants, and your passion to play the game.

RUSH CORE VALUE

The Rush Core Values are an integral aspect of our club. Players, Coaches and Staff are asked to learn and live by the Core Values to help them become better players and better people.

1. Accountability
Be accountable for your actions and hold others accountable for their actions. Who am I ultimately accountable to, and who judges my work?

2. Advice
Seek out advice and aspire to be the best. In order to learn, we must be open to learning and consider the advice of others. Are you coach-able? 

3. Empathy
Empathy is at the core of solid relationships.

4. Enjoyment
Enjoy your work, this is a gift. The desires of diligent workers are satisfied.

5. Humility
Apologize when you make a mistake. Forgive others and do not look back.

6. Leadership
Leaders strive to be trustworthy, honest and sincere. They posses traits such as integrity and honor. They are willing to serve others and sacrifice their own interests. Leaders are constructive and hardworking.

7. Passion
Passion always trusts, always hopes and always perseveres. Passion never fails.

8. Respect
Respect everyone. Respect the opponent, the rules, your colleagues, your superiors and subordinates. Be thoughtful and considerate.

9. Safety
Our environment is safe. That includes the office, our travels, the fields and our bodies. Safety is not only physical safety from harm, but safety from ridicule and attack. We are comforted and encouraged in the club. We portray self-control and kindness to our staff, colleagues and players.

10. Tenacity
To be successful, persevere.... persevere but do not be anxious. Fear no one. Be strong and courageous. Work when no one else is looking, even when the circumstances are not right and everyone else quits. Diligence never loses because it never quits. Out work your opponent, and most importantly, work smart. Don't wait for external inspiration. The people who go far do so because they motivate themselves and give their best, regardless of how they feel.
